01 · MissionMaking residence information clearer
GAISAPP is being built for international clients who need to search, compare and request Japanese residences with more clarity. A client may not know which property is still available, which image can be used, which owner condition applies or which route is suitable for rental, purchase or sale.
02 · Client flowFrom map search to request list
The public experience connects map search, rental and buying pages, property detail pages, saved properties and consultation. Instead of sending clients to unrelated pages, the saved list now shows the actual properties the user selected.
03 · Trust layerWhy confirmation matters
Property information changes quickly. Repost permission, owner confirmation, availability, pet conditions and price updates must be handled carefully. GAISAPP separates client-safe language from internal data so public pages remain trustworthy.
04 · OperationsAdmin history and AI-assisted workflow
The admin prototype now includes inventory management, change history and AI Upload / Sync command generation. The purpose is to help the team detect new property information, summarize changes and prepare safer updates without inventing missing data.
05 · FutureA faster bilingual advisory desk
The next step is to strengthen bilingual English/Japanese content, curated property lists, private consultation and response quality. The product direction is simple: make international clients feel that the process is organized, discreet and reliable.

Clients should be able to save, compare and consult without losing context. Better operations behind the site become better trust on the client side.

GAISAPPは、日本の住まいをより明確に検索、比較、相談したい海外顧客のために構築されています。顧客は、どの物件がまだ空いているのか、どの画像が使えるのか、どのオーナー条件が適用されるのか、賃貸・購入・売却のどの導線が適切なのかを把握しにくいことがあります。
02 · 顧客導線地図検索からリクエストリストへ
公開側の体験では、地図検索、賃貸・購入ページ、物件詳細、保存物件、相談フォームがつながっています。無関係なページへ飛ばすのではなく、保存リストにはユーザーが実際に選んだ物件を表示します。
03 · 信頼レイヤー確認作業が重要な理由
物件情報はすぐに変わります。転載可否、オーナー確認、空室状況、ペット条件、価格変更は慎重に扱う必要があります。GAISAPPでは、公開側の信頼性を保つため、顧客向け表現と内部データを分けています。
04 · 運用管理履歴とAI補助ワークフロー
管理画面のプロトタイプには、在庫管理、変更履歴、AI Upload / Syncコマンド生成が含まれています。新しい物件情報の検知、変更要約、安全な更新準備を支援し、欠けている情報を勝手に補完しないことが目的です。
05 · 今後より速い二言語の提案体制へ
次の段階では、英日二言語コンテンツ、厳選物件リスト、プライベート相談、返信品質を強化します。方向性は明確です。海外顧客が、整理され、慎重で、信頼できるプロセスだと感じられることです。
