Brand and licensed framework
GAISAPP is a client-facing advisory and property-discovery interface operated by Maruku Consulting. Licensed real-estate brokerage and transaction execution are handled through Livmo, our licensed Tokyo real-estate agency partner.
In short: GAISAPP is the client-facing advisory and interface brand. Maruku Consulting operates the project and website. Livmo is the licensed Tokyo real-estate brokerage partner and holds the real-estate brokerage license. Real-estate brokerage, transaction execution, contract-related brokerage work and licensed brokerage duties are handled by Livmo.
